2013 Annual General Meeting
The 2013 Annual General Meeting of the Club was held on Saturday the 30th November 2013 at 10am to 12pm mid-day in the Main Hall of the Bonnyrigg Sports Club. Notice of the meeting had been posted to all members of the Club on the 8th November 2013.
2013 is not an election year for our Club.
The annual general meeting was well attended by members.
Club President, Rocco Leonello, presented his Presidents Report to the members.
The Club's architects, Pagano Architects, provided members with an informative preview of the development application soon to be lodged with Fairfield City Council.
A big thank you to the management and staff of Bonnyrigg Sports Club for helping to make the event a huge success for all attendees.

2013 Financial Statements
Please note that our Club is currently classified as a small company limited by guarantee.
A small company limited by guarantee is generally not required to:
- prepare a financial report;
- prepare a director's report;
- have the financial report audited;
- notify members of annual reports; or
- lodge annual reports with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
Our Club has nevertheless had a financial report prepared, and has informed members (as part of the notification of the 2013 annual general meeting) that the report would be available on this website. The report has not been audited, and does not contain a directors report.
Despite no need to have its financial reports audited, a small company limited by guarantee is still required to have an auditor.

2012 Financial Statements
Membership Renewals - 2013/2014
Membership renewals for the 2013/2014 financial year became due on the 1st July 2013.
A membership renewal notice had been sent to each current member of the Club shortly after that date.
The renewal fee was $5.
Memberships needed to be renewed by the 30th September 2013.
2012 Annual General Meeting
The 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Club was held at the Club's premises at 184-192 Restwell Road, Prairiewood on Friday the 28th December 2012 commencing from 6pm.

Directors meetings are generally held on the 1st Thursday of each month at 7.30pm, and are generally held at the Club's premises.
