Our Club was established on the 3rd June 1981 when a steering committee of 19 signed the Club's Memorandum and Articles of Association (now known as a Constitution), and submitted it to the then New South Wales Corporate Affairs Commission for incorporation (the Club being incorporated as a company limited by guarantee by the Commission on the 10th July 1981).

Through the hard work of the Club's directors and members, the Club was able to raise sufficient funds to purchase it's Club site at 184-192 Restwell Road, Prairiewood in 1983.

The continuation of hard work by various directors and members over the years saw the establishment of a soccer field on Club land and land adjoining the Club's land and leased from Fairfield City Council, the construction on the Club's land of the Club's kiosk and amenities block (incorporating home and visitor team change rooms), and the provision of an undercover area for members, guests, and sport participants as an extension to the kiosk and amenities block.

In conjunction with Fairfield City Council, the Club's and the Council's land was rezoned to better fit within Council's and the NSW Government's desire for Prairiewood to become a strategic centre.

In 2018 the Club's facilities were dismantled to allow the Club to undertake its stage one development of the site. The stage one development is an eight storey apartment complex of 106 apartments, nearing completion in late 2020.

Following settlement of the sale of the stage one apartments, it is the intention of the Club's Board of Directors to lodge an application with the relevant authority for its stage two development (which will incorporate premises and facilities for the Club's members and guests).

Our Club acknowledges the efforts of it's past and present members and directors in seeking to establish a site for its members, and looks forward to building a better future for all members and guests.
